The clock is made of wood which is why each piece feels like an original. Please, beware that the surface of any products made of wood or any other natural material could seemingly have some imperfections, but these imperfections are a natural attribute of the material. The warranty claim is not accepted if there are smaller deformations of the wood, small ruptures or scratches. These are natural attributes of wood, which cannot be affected by the manufacturer or the importer, and that is why they cannot be the objects of warranty claims.
